Muscles rippled through the males pelt as he walked gracefully through the lands. He was about of the Shujaa pride but he was bored now, and look for a lioness to share his life with now that he was three. He let a powerful roar escape his maw as he continued through the territory. He looked around, his ears slightly pointed behind him as he stopped for a moment. She turned his head swiftly and looked around at the empty land began him. He shrugged it off and turned back to his path in front of him and began to trudge on. His ears went up and he crouched down slightly as he spotted a lone zebra. His tail twitched slightly and he shook his head, then fell silent. The wind ruffled his mane as he eyed the zebra, not making a sound as he opened his maw slightly and took in everything he needed to know about the animal.

It was indeed a female, 2 or so. And was very heath, but the male knew he could take it down. He crouched lower in the swaying grass, his blue eyes locked on the black and white creature, his paws silently moving him forward. He moved slightly closer, crouching lower to the ground so the wind could not ruffle him mane. He looked at his surrounds before eying the zebra again. Then he bolted. He paws hit the ground with force as he ran faster. The zebra's hooves made a galloping sound in the dirt as it ran from its enemy. The male roars and pushed himself forward, then he pounced, his massive body landing on the female zebra's shoulders. He moved for the neck but was suddenly bucked off the zebras back by the female herself. The male fell to the ground with a thud. But he stood up, shook his massive body quickly, then picked up speed again. he was soon behind the female zebra, who was slowing down from exhaustion. He smirked lightly again pounced on her back once more, digging his claws into her back and white body. He dug his fangs into her neck and soon her body collapse, the male on top of her.

The male climbed off the female and let out a mighty roar before grabbing her neck and dragging the animal to a shaded tree. He lie down with a loud thud and set the animal down gently. He looked up at the sky, as if thanking his ancestors for the food that lie in front of him, then he dug in. He soon was finished, half of the animal still left. Well he wasn't full yet, but his gut feeling was telling him that he was going to need the rest of it for later. His sand paper tongue rubbed against his paws, cleaning the blood off of them. When he was sure that there was not a trace of blood on his paws, he moved to his face. He licked his paw and then elegantly pulled it over his face. When he was sure that his face was clean enough he gently set his head on his paws and let out a loud yawn, his maw open wide, showing off his teeth. He let out a sigh and set his head back on his paws, looking around for something to do

Nadayshana layed under tree doing absolutly nothing. She was just kind of hanging around for a little while before she head out for a hunt. In the distance, she watched a lion do his stuff. She thought he was cute, but she wasnt as cute as a regular lioness. Actually she wasnt even that pretty. Why do you think shes alone? She watched him catche the Zebra. Nadayshana stood up and walked along for a little while in the back of everything. She didnt want to lion to notice her really. She did know alot of people just to talk to anyone random. She didnt just want to be like Hey !!! Whats Up! to a random lion. That lion could probably rip her to shreds. She trotted around for a little bot so she could just have some fn. She found a tree and sat uner it. She cleaned herself up a little bit then she layed down and rested. She kept her head up for anything that couls happen.

She watched the lion as he at teh Zebra. Maybe she should just go over there. She stood up, then changed her mind..again. She sat right back down. She huffed and then rested up against the tree. She was getting hot from the heat that was beamin down on her from the early morning sky. It always got hot in the morning then got cooler as time went on. Nadayshana sat there jus thinking about anything she could. But she mostly though about the lion. But if she didnt go near him, she would probably never have a mate. But thats ok....she guessed she didnt really need one. Nadayshana had no family with her, she has no friends, and no one to talk to. What a life.

Sarai silently padded through the area, her pelt twitching from the annoying flies. Her eyes darted about her, cautious and weary for the lioness was in heat and that made her uptight and nervous. Her dark eyes scanned the land, stopping as a masculine figure took down a young zebra. The lioness quickened her pace, hunger roaring indignantly in her gut. As she came closer to the lion, about 10 feet, she stopped, holding herself up to let him know she was there. She looked around for her daughter, worry clear in her gaze.

OOC: I changed my mind. Jayvia is already in a pride so she can't go with Kato, so the thread Full of Hope never happened. OK?

Kye was following her mother when she spotted a butterfly. She wondered away from her mother and followed that instead. When that was to high to catch, she looked around and saw her mother in the distance. She roared and trotted to Sarai. She was scared but she was finally with her mother. She rubbed up against her leg. She jumped when she saw the male lion and ran behind her mother. She started to shake and she bent down and covered her eyes with her paws. She stayed there not wanting to move. She didnt like adult lions and lionessess. The only one she liked was Sari.

The male's eyes locked on Nadayshana, his smile soft and kind. He stood up and stretched his long limbs and let out another yawn. He picked up the animal by the neck and began to walk to her, when he spotted Sari. He dropped his prey and smiled, but it faded when he spotted Kye. She already had a mate. He sat down with a thud, his tail twitching slightly as he looked from one lioness to the other. The wind blew through mane and his closed slightly. He locked his gaze on Sari, then slowly looked down at the hiding cub. He chuckled to himself and then looked at Nadyshana and smiled kindly. He stood up and looked at Sari. She was in heat, but had a cub. He seemed confused at how that worked out, but he shrugged it off and sat back down on the ground. He looked at Naday and then at Sari and Kye.What were they doing out here? This place doesn't normal have many lions on it. And to think that it's two lionesses too. He thought as he slowly lay his massive body in the grass, his ears twitching from his sudden confusion.

Nadayshana lifted her head when the male was headed her way. But then Nadayshana saw the cub run ocer to Sarai. She put her head back donw knowing that the lion would go over there. There was a rock near by. Nadayshana stood up and trotted over to the rock and sat on it. She yawned and roared. The roar always came after her yawn and she didnt like that. She hoped the male didnt hear that. She only yawned she didnt call him over. She laughed and shook her head.

Kye stayed behind her mother for a little bit. She stood up and walked under her mother. She took her head made sure she stayed close to her mother. She was scared to death. But she had no other choice but to stay there with her mother. Mommy....is he gonna hurt us.... She said it quietly so that he didnt hear her.

Sarai crouched beside Kye and nuzzled her, trying to comfort for her daughter. No, Kye, he won't hurt. I won't let him. The lioness stood again, her eyes locked onto the large male nearby. She showed herself clearly although she knew it was dangerous, but the loness was hungry. Follow me, Little One. Sarai slowly approached the brute, pausing every few steps to make sure it was alright. When the lioness reached the male and his kill, she bowed her head in respect. Sir, may we share this kill with you? Sarai glanced at him with some hope in her heart. She could not hunt with Kye being so small and alone and the idea of food made her stomach growl.

The male looked at Sari and smiled sweetly. He pushed the prey to her feet with his muzzle and took a few steps back. I'm Kato He said, in a low, deep voice. He smiled at Nadayshana and smiled You can have some to if you like. Pretty ladies like you two are always welcome to eat my food He said kindly, taking another step back. His eyes turned themselves to hear what was behind him as he waited for the females to eat. My I ask for you ladies names? He said kindly, his tail twitching slightly behind him. He yawned again, his maw opening wide and his white fangs showing themselves. He closed his mouth and lie down on the grass once more, his eyes locked on Sari. She was in heat, yes, and the fume was over powering his nostrils, but that didn't mean he would chose her right off the bat if they were willing to become his mate. He woulc have to get to know both of them before he just picked the one that was in season

Sarai smiled gratefully at Kato. Thank you. You don't know how good food is right now. The young lioness turned and nudged her daughter, Kye, towards the kill. She lifted herhead and looked back at Kato. I am Sarai and this is Sun of Milikye or Kye for short. She's my daughter. Well....Actually, I adopted her. The lioness smiled down at Kye, eyes full of love and happiness. Sarai refused to eat until she knew her Little One was full.

Kye watched as her mother walked over to the male. She shook her head and stayed where she was. She layed there and closed her eyes. She opened one to see that her mother was talking with him. She sneezed because the grass was tall and one tickled her nose. She put her head down. She started shaking again. She hummed a song that she had heard once. She thought it was beautiful. She swayed her head back anf forth going with her humming. She finally got bored and she walked over to her mother slowly. She hid under her mother and waited. Sarai nudged her and she looked at her. Her eyes were scared and afraid. Kye sat infront of the zebra and just there looking at the zebra. She looked at her mother one more time then back at the zebra. She took a bite out of the zebra. After that, she just kept eating. When she was done, she back up underneath her mother. Then she sat to the side of her and again tried to clean herself while her mother ate.

Nadayshana heard him talking to her. She jumped off the rock and padded to the lioness, her cub, and the male. She sat down and looked at him. He head was up and her body was nice and tall. Im Nadayshana. You can call me Naday if you would like. I dont care. She bowed her head to the others. Nice to meet you Kato. She looked at the lioness. Then she looked behind her to see that her daughter wasnt following. She laughed but didnt say anything. Bless you. She heard the cub sneeze. She laughed a little again then continued back to talk with Kato. As Kye walked over, she watched as she ate. She giggled a little when she sat off to the side and tried to clean up. Thats how Nadayshana looked when she was that ittle. She never could do it herself.

That makes sense He thought as he looked at the females Its a please to meet you Naday, Sari, and Kye He said smiling at them. Kato got up and walked closer to Kye. He lie down, his ears twitching slightly. Your name is very pretty He said. He was very good with cubs, seeing as he baby sat the cubs when the lionesses went hunting in his pride. He sighed and sat up, his tail twitching as he waited for the silence to be broken. He turned to the two females, the wind blowing his mane around Either of you have any mates? He asked, turning his body away from Kye. The wind tugged his mane to the right and his ears twitched as the wind blew softly into them. He snorted softly and looked back at Kye, a sweet smile on his face.

Sarai watched as Kye ate and came beside her, attemptimg to clean herself. The mother pulled the small cub in front of her and vigorously began to clean her. Sarai's pelt twitched as her hormones started to bug her. There you go, Little One. Sarai purred as she finished Kye's bath. The lioness stepped forward and began to eat. Her auds were perked as she listened to Kato. She lifted her head and licked her chops. No, I do not have a mate and I have never had one. Sarai gazed curiously at the male before her, eyes blank.

Kye was lifted and looked at the male. She laughed. Thank....you She was still shaking. Her mother gave her a quick bath because she couldnt do it alone. She walked to the other side of Sarai and let her eat. She looked at Kato. She said it over and over again. She said it out loud but really quiet. Kato, Kato, Kato... She giggled. It was a cool name. She loved it. And he seemed to be a really nice lion. Kye sat there watching him. She smiled back at him when he smiled at her.
Nadayshana wasnt really hungry. She let Sarai and her Cub eat. She looked at Kato. Nope. Running free in the wild. She lifted her head and smelt the air. She laughed. She didnt really care what anyone thoughtabout her. SHe didnt know anyone at all and she got lonely once in a while. But she wanted to be herself. And, being weird is being herself. She yawned roared during her yawn....again. She hoped she didnt scare the cub sence she was only little and scared.

How is it possible that two beautiful females like you two, stand mateless? He said with a sky voice. He smiled at then and looked around. His ears twitched as he saw a gazelle. Excuse me for one moment he said, bounding away. He crouched low to the ground, his gaze locked on the gazelle. He stalked the animal in silence and when he was sure he was in reach, he pounced. He landed squarely on the animal, making it collapes under his heavy weight. He bite the animals neck, snapping it. He then dropped the animal and looked back at the females. He then grabbed the animal by its snapped neck and dragged it to Naday Here He said kindly, dropping the animal at her feet

Sarai watched as Kato bound away, her eyes studying every move. He was graceful and elegant in the way he moved unlike most males. As he returned, the lioness noted his hospitality. Well, Kato, I am alone because I let my home and have found no male to my liking yet. Sarai smiled coyly at the large male, her eyes gazing into his. The fae turned and looked at Naday, eyes free of emotion, although once in a while something would flicker behind her gaze.
