Kamunyak nodded to the question about the male's name " Aha dont worry i wont forget either Calamity![/b]" She smiled at him and saw that Takashi was belly crawling, she looked over and saw rabbits. Her amber eyes fixed on them, she too went into a belly crawl, her eyes fixed, tail flickering, she stalked the ones that Takashi had missed. She got about 3 metres, she then ran and tried to catch the rabbit. Her big paws hit the ground like thunder. The gap between her and the rabbit was getting close, but it bolted to a rabbit hole. She stopped and stomped on the floor. " Damn thats like the third thats happened to me[/b]" She walked back over to Calamity and Takashi, panting. " Sorry, ill try again later![/b]" Kamunyak laid down and tried to catch her breath. She was unexperienced of the hunting type, she was getting better. She would try again, when had cooled down abit. She was a allense after all. Kamunyak look to Calamity, and she pulled a sad face. She layed back down, and sighed, those rabbits wont make a fool of her again.

Takashi stopped eating and watched Kamu hunt. "So there was a rabbit hole, eh? Mine ran the opposite direction. Kamunyak must be hungry..." She looked at her meal. Only half was left. Takashi felt full enough to see if Calamity would go and help her take down a mature zebra or a wildebeest. She picked up the remainder of the rabbit and leaped off of her rock. She walked over to Kamu and dropped the rabbit at her feet. "You can have this. I'll see if Calamity will come with me to hunt something big like a zebra!" She walked over to him. Well? How 'bout it? We'll go to the savannah for a minute, catch something there and drag it back here to eat! She smiled and looked at her 'pride'.

C [/size] alamityashes, ashes, they all fall[/font] D O W N_______________________________________________[/center] He watched as the dolls all the sudden scampered off and tried their hand at hunting. The experienced and gracefully little Takashi taking care of business and bringing back a hare as he laid so casually on his bum. Completely settled with simply lounging around while they, being the little fur balls of energy they where, went off hunting… Per say. As Takashi flopped back with rabbit for din he soon turned his eyes over to Kamu who hadn’t the best of luck. Her prey disappearing from view she waddled back with that poor, pitiful face and he could help but give her a smile. “Poor dear.” He commented simply, though his eyes and features showed that his words where playfully insincere.
And yet? His eyes moseyed over to Takashi where he offered a little laugh. Chuckling as if her joke was quite the thing before his amber eyes opened once more and featured her rather serious features. He pondered for the slightest moment if she had lost her mind. She wanted to go back to the savannah? The savannah she had lost to Asan? You see after his little visit with the man and his wife, yes, he had finally found out that the guy wasn’t Big Bubba but, Asan, Savannah King and Husband to Serena. Serena who was not pregnant last he recalled, or last the rumors had spoken. Saying friends for now my ass. He thought with another chuckle as his brows rose. Shifting only a touch as he stayed in his elongated lay, examining miss Takashi, his eyes to her eyes as he examined her determination and true disposition on the topic. His own gaze speaking a simple, ‘Oh, your spiteful?’ and other teasing, yet serious musing.
Truth be known he was feeling lazy today. Not at all interested in this ‘pride’ business nor this ‘hunting’ business. He was starving and that was the end of it but looking at those eyes and feeling so amused at how quickly they acted he just couldn’t help himself to some degree. And besides wouldn’t a zebra taste nice? Been forever since… well… pretty much forever. “I don’t think it would be wise, Princess, for us to hunt at the Akuco, nor ignore a possible ally.” He said, eyes once more straying to the lovely Kiera, his gesture one obviously meaning that they should incorporate the gal in their “Pride”. Not that he couldn’t help but wonder if the two, Kamu and Takashi really believed in it. None of them had a renown enough presence to establish a pride, nor did they have one among them that was strong enough and had also the unwavering desire to rule. Or, at least in his opinion, but, let dreamers, dream yes? Who was he to crush the dream of a pretty lady? [/blockquote] |

Takashi lowered her head. "Yeah, I forgot about Asan...." She was slowly finding out how much she hated him. "And sorry about ignoring you, Kiera... Would you like to help us out?" Takashi set her mind on creating a pride and overpowering Asan and his pride. "How 'bout all four of us try to make a pride? We could find a small, unclaimed territory to rule and...." She trailed off. Takashi didn't know what to do next. "Well, for the time being, let's just stick together until we find a good land, okay?" Takashi liked the fact that she and her friends might be able to make a pride. She smiled, slowly getting happy.

Kamunyak looked up and saw that Takashi had a half eaten rabbit in her mouth, she got up and sat up. Takashi then plunked down on the floor. "you can have this" Kamunyak looked down at the rabbit and smiled. She then layed down and started to eat it. Her big cannines ripped into the flesh, she ripped it apart. It was tasty. She carried on looking around and saw that Takashi was talking to Calamity and lowering her head. She titled her head and walked over with the remains of the rabbit in her mouth. She dropped it, " What's up? Who is Asan?[/b]" She looked to both of her pride mates, they were a small pride, but all in all they were friends. She yawned, the little pieces of meat from the tiny body filled a hole. She looked around and saw another lion. " Hi Im Kamunyak! are you going to join our pride too?[/b]" She smiled to Calamity and Takashi, and the new arrival.

ic: Takashi looked at Kamu with hatred in her amber orbs. "Asan is the lion that took the savannah from me... He took my home and forced me out... I hate him with a burning passion!" Takashi forgot that Kiera didn't know their names. She turned to face her and wondered if she would come with them. "Well... I'm Takashi, past leader of the Akuco. This is Calamity," she said turning towards him, "And this as you just found out is Kamunyak! Takashi's face went dark suddenly. She turned back to Kamu. "Well, I have been watching Asan and his pride and found something out. The pride is very large and he already rules over three lands. If the pride grows more, he could just continue taking land until there is none left. He seems strong and like a good leader. I just don't want to seem to be crawling back to him. He will see that I didn't need that land to survive..." She smiled at the fact that they would one day make a pride that might be able to stand up to Asan.

Kamunyak listerned to Takashi's story about Asan. She looked to Takashi, the anger in her eyes made Kamunyak feel for her. She walked over and gave her a head rub, she also made a purring noise. " Dont worry, Takashi... Will you ever claim your land back?[/b]" She hated the ways of the lions that took other lions land, just because they think they are the boss of everyone. Asan sounded like a nasty peice of work. That made her really angry, stomping her paws, and seening a little rabbit at the corner of her eye. Kamunyak wanted to hunt, so she belly crawled to the rabbit, everytime it looked up, she stopped, and layed down in the almost long grass, the wind was in her favour, it had blown the other way so the rabbit didnt have a clue that she was there. She carried on stalking it. After getting 3metres behind it, she ponced, drew her big cannies into its fradgil body until it went limp. Kamunyak had done it! Killed something, she was learning getting used to killing and hunting for herself. She walked back over to Calamity, Takashi and Kiera. " Well i did it! It's only small but it well do.[/b]" She started to tuck in. It was yummy... but she did feel for Takashi, so she grapped the rabbit and gave it to her. " I owe you half[/b]" She smiled and dropped the rabbit at Takashi's feet, giving her another head rub. She was pleased that she caught something.

Takashi looked down at the ground. "Sadly no. The only way I can get my home back would be if Asan surrendered it. Or if he didn't have enough lions to rule it-!" She got a very pleasent idea. "Hey! What if we start to take over Asan's land by killing some of the lions! If they start to die, Asan won't be able to take the land or keep land! We can slowly run him out of house and homen that way!" Takashi looked excited and rubbed Kamu back. She began to eat the gift that was brought to her. She stopped eating and looked up at Calamity. "Are you hungry? You can have this if you are." She pushed the rabbit to him and smiled.

kamunayak felt better after eating the rabbit, and giving it to Takashi. she looked to Calamity, after all he was the male of the pride, that was slowly coming to one. She smiled to everyone. " Hey, that's sounds a good idea... but... cant we live on the edge of Asan's land, he must be out of his time by now?[/b]" A little giggle could be heard, i mean laughing at this type of suggestion wasnt the smartest idea, she stopped gigglering, and started to roll in the grass. The sun was hot, but that didnt bother her. She layed on the grass and sighed, the sky was filled with fluffy clouds and the blueness of the sky. The flies that buzzed around her ears made them twitch. One dared to land on her nose, she sneezed and licked her lips. She yawned and just layed in the warmth of the Savannag sun.

You know if he knew not any better he would have known not to associate with gals like these. And, what exactly did he mean by ’Gals Like These’? The convincing sort, the sort that you had to keep an eye on and those you had to be careful of when sleeping with. These were the psychos, who would kill you in your sleep or would frequently and violently experience mood changes. Those who plotted one’s defeat and laughed about it and danced with glee were those he avoided. Not because it was wrong… but mostly because they got cocky quickly or had ideas in their head that were a touch too big. Because, whenever they were charged with steering the ship they tended to sink it.
And yet he wasn’t moving away, was he? His life was boring now, dull. He needed a bit of exigent and Miss Takashi wasn’t hard to look at. She was pleasing to the eye and… even if she was suicidal and moody herself the ‘goods’ outweighed the other baggage that accompanied women. And thus he stayed. Curious to know how they planned to take over Asan’s lands… last he recalled his pride was the largest - Ah, that’s it. The male smirked now as he laid his head on his paws watching the duo with hidden intelligence. Yes, he was often smarter then he looked… and though he enjoyed kidding around and being who everyone pictured him to be…
“No thank you.” He replied simply. Shaking his head only a sum as his eyes of amber scanned the carcass offered. He was not hungry, or, as it was he would not eat. He felt little desire to and, besides his interest was else where. He understood, perhaps, what the other two were thinking. Were they thinking of getting the other prides, the smaller prides against Asan as well? It would not be hard at all considering that Asan has so quickly rouse to power and was the first to claim a great deal of land… Perhaps the others would be eager to disband his kingdom as well, if given but a chance to do so. And yet he debated… after all wasn’t this ever slightly conniving, sniveling… wrong? I mean really he met the man himself and had no qualms with him. Fighting him because someone else had a bone to pick was never his thing, less of course he was bored and desired a brawl then, well, then…
His mind thought of something and he agreed. If Asan could not stay strong while this pathetic excuse for a rogue ‘pride’ tried to dismantle him, if he could not remain on top then he shouldn’t be ruling. He would die soon enough by another’s hand, another with more experience. So… this would be a test for the young man. One that Calamity wouldn’t exactly… actively participate in [though he would participate, he should at least try to give the two dears a fighting chance] and one would make sure he had… tabs on. Control of. After all… though chaos was lovely, if one didn’t manage the flame it could get out of control and end up scorching it’s creator, yes? “Also will need another male to join us.” He added after Kamu. Kamunyak's ears flickered at the sound of "another male" She got up and looked to Calamity. " Another male? Where are we going to get one of those?? I know we have one, you... but i cant see another male around[/b]" She looked to Takashi and gave her a pouty look. " How strong is this Asan?[/b]" The worried voice came out, going against larger,strong males was stronger then Kamunyak, Takshi, Kiera etc. Calamity looked more powerful then all the females in this little pride.
She was scared, but it was for Takashi because she needed a pride and land, where there was antelope, wildabeast, zebra and all the prey you could hunt. Kamunyak smiled to everyone and waited for everyone to reply.

Takashi looked at Calamity with a deeply puzzled look. "Another male? But why?" she asked almost in distress. Then she thought about Kamu's question. "How strong?" She sighed in sorrow. "He is strong enough to hold his position and to keep expanding his lands. You don't want to know the rest, for it is more about his power..." she trailed off and looked at Calamity. He was larger and stronger than the rest of them, and he seemed like he would make a good leader. But one thing kept crossing her mind. If he was lead male, who would become the lead female?

Kmaunyak nodded and heard the words "Strong enough to hold his postition" She gulped at that sentence and made her shudder alittle. " Why dont we start our own pride... i mean we can live away from him! I know Takashi that you loved ya pridelands, but lets start anew![/b]" It just rolled out of her mouth, she didnt know if the others would go with the idea. She looked around and saw that they were a werid pride. No related females. All prides would have to related, but when she would be older enough then her cubs would start the generation of the pride and probarly Takashi's. But the question did stand... If Calamity was lead male... Who would be lead female. Leader didnt bother Kamunyak, after all she not wiser enough to take the lead of females in a hunt or even fight of bothering females from other prides. Calamity and Takashi looked more wiser then her. Takashi accepted her into her lands without a fuss, Calamity helped her hunt for herself. Everyday Kamunyak was getting stronger and more wiser. She smiled at her pride mates and wondered what they were going to do next. She did see there was only one female including herself and one male. They would need more females to survive as a pride.

Tilting his skull his viewed the damsel for a moment, black lips pursed as he debated her intelligence before siding with the fact she knew why. ‘Why’ was because he wasn’t apt to take the position. ‘Why’ was because with her and her, ‘hers’ referring to these two crazy girls, they’d need all the help they could get keeping things from getting batty too soon. And if she wanted those lands back three lions, however big or small, strong or weak, would not be able to do it. Unless they were Gods and, though he may look like one, he sure as hell didn’t have the power of one. Did they? He doubted it. If they had, he doubted they’d need a mortal’s, his, assistance. But! Who knows the laws of the celestials? Maybe they did need a mortals assistance…
Eyes trailed over to Kamu. Watching her throat as it quivered he heaved a breath, a sigh, before a mild shake of his head. Are you a lion or lamb, pork chops? He pondered inwardly, knowing full well attitude had a great thing to do with fighting, taking up leadership, and all aspects of life. If your confident, it’s easier… when your fearless, it happens. Take him, for example. For the most part his life was rather decent. He managed to fill his way with numerous pretty girls. Which wasn’t too bad considering he hadn’t been working his ass off, really, for a while to get any where quick. Such was because, a, he was confident. Assured of himself and ability. B, was because he was fearless. Taking chances was apart of life and… he was more worried about enjoying himself now then facing the consequences later.
“How do we get a male? Oh please, don’t be an idiot. Most are power thirsty… and what we will be promising is just that. And a bonus.” His eyes wander from lady to lady. Obvious what he was inclining. That bonus would be one of them. Or both of them. Really it all depended on the gent they picked out of the rogue catalog. Hopefully they were capable of making such choices wisely. Hate it if they picked out an abusive one… Or perhaps he should just stop playing ring around the rosie and own up and simply accept the offer. Seeing as how he lived outside of normal society so much surely he couldn’t be too horrible a King? Better then most of these jackasses, that was sure. Acting all high and mighty or all sweet and cuddling, pathetic, a wonder that they can still call themselves men. There's no point in living, if you can't feel alive. [/size][/center] |

Kamunyak looked to Valid and to the rest of her pride. It looked like it would get along withe everything. She sighed and sat down. Her amber eyes scanned the savannah, it looked like it was going to rain. She felt it in her bones, she got up and stretched, she yawned and walked back over to her pride mates. " Do you think it's going to rain?[/b]" She looked up and purred alittle. She smiled to Calamity and Takashi, she was pleased to be in a little pride that probarly could grow as time drew on.
