*grabs candy* I always check in every day, just to make sure everything's going fine. It does seem very slow, doesn't it? I wish I could spend more time on, but not having muse along with the insanity this school year has been giving me...*sigh* I'm on the yearbook staff, so I'm expected to be at everything that goes on--and then you have to tie in band, projects, college search and applications/essays...*headdesk* I'll be so glad when it's over.

I check everyday as well. And things do seem slow and I have to agree. o.o I have homework everyday, and that isn't a lie. >.> Then with some highschool drama thrown in [if I had a dollar for every stupid, petty argument]... bleeeh. Then I have no muse, which sucks terribly. c.c BUT! I won't feel as guilty so long as we have this thready and we can still talk and its all well and known valid has no died or is by no means neglecting, necessarily, Lions of Africa. -places pillow under Lassiel's head before it slams into desk- =P I agree. Can't wait until its over, or in the very least till a vacation! I am looking forward SO MUCH to Christmas! I reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaallly want an xbox 360.
-random- Mhmm... I bought a new book yesterday! It's call The Historian, it's about Vlad the Third [The Impaler/Dracula] =P -is on page 19- I like how the author writes. <3

You know...I just relived why I dislike my father so much. He thinks he is right about everything. Jeez. It makes me regret ever moving back into my house! I mean I love my mom but my dad is a different story. Every time he says he wants to talk, he mean "Sit there and shut up. I'll tell you I'm right and you're stupid." I am so sick and tired of it. I reall wish I had the nerve to tell him what an @$$ hole he can be and that he isn't right about everything. I'll bet you anything that once I get married we will get along more. But untill then... I'm sorry if I'm making you guys feel negative...but this is really the only way that I can get this out with out killing something.

It sucks that nobody's online or has any muse, because lately I've REALLY been in the mood to role play and I'm been peeking at the site every day or two to check my threads, even if I don't log on. I haven't been all that busy lately even with school.

That is… eerily familiar. O.o Just like me and my pops. We don’t get along, we argue a lot. He makes up idiotic rules and expects me to remember all fifty billion of them and chews my ass whenever I make and itsy bitsy mistake. He acts like I’m stupid, and that he knows everything. Which he doesn’t, hate to break it to him but he’s a little below the ‘genius’ status. Then he laughs whenever I bring up the possibility that he’s… absolutely wrong about something. He throws fits and is as moody as hell. When he’s in a bad mood, he’s pissy and I am just one of those people who don’t like people getting on their case just because they feel bad. But! Lately me and him have been getting along. Per say. Still think he has a bit of that “Alpha Complex”, you know where you feel like you’re the boss of everyone and must make everyone know you’re the BAOC and that they have to do what you say. He loves telling people what to do. And I hate being told what to do. And he thinks this "I'm not gonna talk to ya" thing is really a horrible punishment. Little does he knows that... It hardly breaks my heart if he doesn't want to talk to me and gives me the cold shoulder. By now, I'm use to it. xD BUT! Me and my mom get along fabulous. <3 xP I hope things work out a bit for ya Kishy!
On a different note! Hello KARA! Lol, yes, it does suck. Mucho, sucko. =[ I'm sorry that our muse-less-ness has happened while you are muse-full-ness. -waves- I'm Valid by the ways... I play Because, Asaki, Calamity and Azure. Though Cal has pretty much been booted out of me roleplaying. o.o

Hmm, for some reason the cbox isn't coming up for me. Ah well. Guess it will when it's good and ready. Anyway! The sooner a vacation gets here, the better. Seriously. I'm starting to feel just a little bit burnt out. So sorry about the father issues Kishy dear. *hugs* And welcome Kara! I've been waiting for my turn to post on the thread in Beseni, and it's finally here! But if ya want, you're welcome to make another thread. ^^ Since we seem to be introducing characters, you can just take a look at my sig to see who I play.  On the topic of books--that sound interesting Valid! I watched a show on him one time--really crazy stuff. I actually just got into a series of books last week. And it's weird, because I usually don't like "modern" books all that much. I really enjoy the classics more--Pride and Prejudice, The Count of Monte Cristo, and on and on. Anyway, it's the Twilight series, if anyone has read them. You just reminded me a bout it Valid because there are vampires in it, lol. |

-nods- My friend has read the Twilight series and loves them. xD I have the first book, Twilight but I still haven't read it. -coughs- And I've never seen [the movies or read the books, though I've heard of both] Pride * Prejudice or the Count of Monte Cristo. xP I heard they are awesome though and it's always been tempting but... xD The sooner Summer gets here the better, or so agree. -coughs- Prolly around then we can do a large revamp of LOA and get things kicking full swing. Now, though, I don't think it'll be really possible to get things going HUGELY. Bout the time we get very active, we hit a stump because of muse-less-ness and schoo. xP But we can titter around till then because forum closings make me sad. =[

I was wondering if the idea of liquid time is tempting at all? Liquid time -> Time passes on however much ya want it too. We'd still have seasons and the like but people may age their characters how they want. xDD Or maybe... we can use six month intervals?
