You can create a loner, have her wander around a bit, then have her be 'recruited', or you can contact a Pride Leader and inquire about having her already in a Pride. Another way is to create a loner, and have her first post be in the lands owned by the Pride you want her to join. That way they'll get to her soonest and she can be 'inducted' xD.
