My Life Is Crashing Down Around Me And I Can't Do Anything
But Cry... MY THOUGHTS: When you first meet her, Sarai is cynical, pessimistic, and downright anti-social. She prefers to be left alone at all times unless you happen to be her brother or someone else extremely close. If you aren’t any of the above, you will most likely get your whiskers cut off or your arse ends up with a nice chunk missing, but this usually happens to anyone who insists on the bothering the lioness and who isn’t bigger then she is. So if the annoyance is larger or obviously stronger ten her, Sarai will give them a tongue lashing or walk in the opposite direction. Most of the time, these “annoyances” happen to be male lions who would like to have a little fling with the first pretty lioness they see, but Sarai is not very compliant to their wishes. If you get the rare chance to get to know Sarai, her outer shell usually begins to disappear and her kinder side starts to show through. If you happen to be one of the few close friends Sara has, the lioness is the polar opposite of when you first meet her. She is friendly, talkative, and loving. Most of the time, Sarai will spend her time talking with her friends or simply listening to them talk. Also, Sarai happens to be very stubborn. Once she sets her mind to something, it is very hard to persuade her to do anything else. If Sarai wants to do something, then she will proceed to do just that. All in all, Sarai has a good character with the exception of the way she greets other. My heart is CRYING out for help. I am LOST and SCARED. MY LOOKS: Sarai is a dark russet brown lioness. Along her back is a dark line of fur that is almost black. Her eyes are the color of dark chocolate and can seem to hold a lot of emotion all at once. Her paws have small spots placed near the claws that look like dirt specks. Sarai is a small and lithe lioness. Although she has a small build and would be classified as weak because of it, she is not. Her limbs are well muscled and she can run long distances at fast paces. Sarai is a good fighter, but she is better at sneak attacks then full on front when the enemy can see her. Sarai has been in many fights with older bachelors, causing her to collect many scars on her small frame. What catches the eyes of others is Sarai's lithe and rather petite form. She is usually thought as weaker then other lionesses, but she is actually stronger. Sarai uses her size as an advantage in fighting others. One down side of this is that although she is a wonderful fighter, when it comes to protecting her meal, she is the weakest. I am so WEAK and VULNERABLE. How will I SURVIVE? MY PAST: When Sarai was born, it was during the dry season. Although it was smarter to have cubs during the dry season, Sarai's father, Jayvyn, had overthrown the King and had been too worried with sowing his seeds to realize how close it was to the dry season. Keona, Sarai's mother, was the first to give birth and delivered a healthy litter of three cubs. A week later, another female, Cria, delivered two cubs into the world. Sarai was a cheerful cub despite the fact that food was growing scarce and that Jayvyn was the only one with a full belly. The male cared only for himself, and it was for that reason that his pride began to die off. First it was Sarai's half-siblings, Nitika and Jamu. The cubs' mother had lost her milk early on due to the lack of food, and Keona had not had enough milk to spare for the two doomed creatures. When they finally succumbed to death, Nitika and Jamu were merely bags of bones with no flesh on their puny bodies.
Little Sarai had not understood what had happened to her beloved playmates, and she had remained beide them for a day and night. When Sarai's mother finally found the she-cub, the lioness decided that her native pride was no longer safe. Stowing away under the cover of darkness, Keona led away the last of Jayvyn's surviving cubs. The small family traveled for days before an enraged Jayvyn found them. He attacked Keona and accidentally killed little Kanene, Sarai's younger sister, in the process. Keona fought bravely as she tried to protect her cubs, but to no avail. The lioness was finally defeated by the brutal dictator that had ruined her pride, but Sarai and her brother, Tabansi, managed to sneak away while the adult lions fought each other. the siblings wandered in circles for days before coming across lioness and her kill. The female allowed the pair to join her, and then the lioness, whose name was Oolu, took in the malnourished cubs.
Oolu's pride leader welcomed the two new cubs, especially young Sarai. The two thrived in their new pride, and both found a family that loved them. As Sarai blossomed into a young lioness, she began to notice the way Kyan, the pride leader, watched her. His eyes would trail after her as though he was waiting to pounce. Then, when Sarai was two years, he pounced. It began with the banishment of Tabansi, who was stilling growing at the time and almost bigger then Kyan. After the banishment of the rival male, Kyan attemoted to mate with Sarai. She refused to let him mount and in the process, instilled his anger. Kyan would attempt to mate with Sarai constantly, never letting her have peace. None of the lionesses tried to help her even Oolu ignored the sufferings of her adoptive daughter.
To escape the pain Kyan was causing her and to locate her only surviving Kin, Sarai left the only home she remembered. Rain and mud constantly slowed the lioness down, but she refused to allow the weather to stop her. She was determined to put as much distant posisble between her and Kyan. As she traveled across the land, a lonely Sarai happened across a young malnourished cub by the name of Sun of Milikye. The kind-hearted lioness adopted the abandoned cub, and Sarai was no longer alone. Little Kye blossomed under Sarai's affection, and she grew into a beautiful lioness. Recently Kye has disappeared without a good-bye to her adotive mother. Hoping her only child is alright, Sarai continues to wander the lonely plains, but she is now on the lookout for a pride. There is only ONE I trust, and he is GONE. My Family is DEAD. The pride I lived with has BETRAYED me. They looked the other way when He HURT me. Now I am ALONE and I know NO ONE.
