Mavros is a canon color, non-canon premise weyr-hold with a PG-13 rating. Located around a volcanic caldera, Mavros is composed of banished dragonriders and Holders from the Southern Continent. This means the Weyr "Bowl" is actually a harbor, and space is tight! Moreover, the Tenth Pass has just begun, and after a disastrous first threadfall, the Weyr has found itself with only thirteen adult dragons remaining.
We are in dire need of bronze, brown, green and blue riders. A clutch is on the sands, so we are also seeking Candidates of both genders! For those uninterested in dragons, we feature playable wild dolphins and will eventually welcome wher and flit clutches.
The writing level at Mavros is literate/advanced. Our members usually write 250+ words per post, but we have no set word requirement. Weyr-wide plots are already in motion. Right now, the herdbeast corrals are being attacked by wild felines, while our adult dragonriders prepare themselves for the second Threadfall of the Pass.
