All dogs seen with signs of the Rabid Plague are to be killed on sight. To preserve the species, any dog not yet infected should be sent to Narloosa Harbor in Northern France where they will be shipped to a quarantined area located on the islands of Britain and Ireland. This includes all pets as well as wolves, foxes, dingoes, wild dogs, etc.
All animals received will undergo a series of inspections to see that they are healthy and have no signs of Rabid Plague. Any found with the virus in their blood will be euthanized and cremated with ashes spread over the seas.
Failure to comply will result in death of the animal as well as imprisonment of the violator.
On August 3rd 2137, this message was sent world-wide. Many wars had destroyed the earth so there were fewer countries in which people even existed anymore. This time, a new disease was infecting and killing any and all members of the canine family.
