Pronounced: Kah-ruk
Gender: Male
Age: 4 years
Appearance: Fur the colour of light coloured wood covers most of the beast's body. The fur turns white on his muzzle, around his eyes and at the end of his tail. The fur also mixes colours and gives it a unusual look. His legs are strong and well-muscled, powerful and magnificent to look at. The male's tail is not typical as one to see on a normal lion. Most tails are long but his is shorter, a quarter of the normal length gone. It doesn't not bother the lion at all, nor obstructs him from doing anything. Perhaps normal or perhaps not markings are not visible to the normal eye. Scars however, are plenty abundant. One of the most pronounced is a diagonal scar on his nose. His fur length is nothing special, nor the shape of his body. Compact and strong this male can bring down buffalo's within a few blows.
Personality: Karuk may seem cruel and unthinking but inside he can be so much more. It just needs someone special to unleash it. Karuk prefers to keep his loyal and kind side inside himself because of his hard past. But that doesn't mean he's not brave. Quite the contrary in fact. Willing to face danger for his mate and loved ones Karuk was in line to become the next leader in his old pride. He is fearless and able to face any amount of danger. If he finds someone to be kind to a whole new world of difference opens up. He becomes kind and fair. Always trying to find a right solution in everything Karuk is a great ally to have. He can be rather matter-of-fact and straight to the point with a dry sense of humour. Things such as a lion lazing in a tree with loads of flies on him delighted him.
