Kamunyak walked through the mashes of Kinamasi, it smelt awful but it was the mashes after all. Her big paws hit the wetness of the grass. It made a squinshing noise. She stopped and shook her paws. " Eww! this marsh to good for my fur[/b]" She sat down but tried hard not to get dirty. She yawned and looked over in the horizon, there was a mountain, but not really, it was more of rocks piled up against eachother " That would make a good looking out place![/b]" She smiled and trotted over to it.
She climbed ontop and layed down. The rains had started to come and it felt abit chilly. She growled, her big roar could be heard from ages away. She wondered if anyone would hear her roar. She was a nice lioness but she was curious.

A young female walked slowly through the lands. Her fur was plastered to her skin as the rain soaked her golden fur. Her ears slowly went up as she heard a lioness roar. She slowly crepted closer, eying the femme with brown eyes. She looked at her once more before proudly walking up to her. She was Princess of the Ari pride, she had nothing to fear. What might her name be? Her name is Brooke, Princess of the Ari pride, daughter of Angel and Hathor. She looked at the female and sat down, then rain hitting her body with force.

Kamu looked down at her resting place and saw this newly female. Her amber orbs looked onto her. She smiled a wicked smile " You heard my roar right?[/b]" She sat up straight, showing her whiteish body, laying on the rock had made it all grey. She brought her large paw up and started to lick the rain droplets of her face. She purred as she cleaned herself. She layed back down as the rain hit hard on her face, she closed her eyes because raindrops were landing in her eyes. She squinted and flicked her ears back and forth...
She looked over to her right, and saw another younger lioness, she seemed more younger then herself, capped in mud. Kamu felt sorry for the young one. " Who are you young one?[/b]" She roared alittle, but she wasnt going to let her resting place go to the other lioness who made herself comfortable at the foot of it.

Swamp mud sucked at Karasi's paws. After every step she had to shake the mud off just to keep herself from cringing. She'd been in the swamps a day now, and hadn't heard the call of another lion for a quite a while. When that roar finally met her ears, Karasi was excited, even if the lioness who'd called turned out to be some stingy old maid. There was only one problem; Karasi had no idea where she was or where the sink holes were. She could fall into a mud pit at any time and drown in its depths. " Better to take the chance than be stuck alone." The young lioness thought.
Decision made, Karasi quickened her pace as much as she could. Marshes just weren't made for lions, that much she was sure. Her paws were beginning to ache from having to work so hard, when she finally saw the lion. Well, actually there were two, adn she had no clue who had roared, but one thing was for certain. For now, Karasi was no longer alone. She approached tentatively at first, but then brought herself to sit somewhat near the two lionesses. Ears perked up as she heard the one on the rock speak.

I am Brooke, Princess of the Ari Pride She noted, looking the femme up and down. She turned to the femme that had appeared, her ears flat on her golden head. Her tail twitched as the rain hit her face. She looked at Karasi for a moment before turning away. She knew she wasn't suppose to be so far from home, but her pride needed members, for the only members there where was her family, that that just didn't suit her. She had always imaged a big pride with lots of friends, but she had neither.
My Pride is looking for members if you are loners She said, getting right to the point. She looked at the two lionesses and let out a sweet smile. Her mother and father would be pleased if she brought home new members, so that is what she was out here to do, prove to her parents that she wasn't a helpless lioness in the pride, but a Princess, helping out her family in looking for pride members. She looked at each lioness again as her ears twitch, then rain hitting them without a care as to what would happen to her ears[/size]

Kamu's heart skipped a beat. " Im Kamunyak im alone lioness... A pride thats looking for new pride members? Would your mother and father let strangers in?[/b]" She looked to Brooke in a weird way. As the new lioness jumped in, it seemed nice to have a pride with loads of females, they stick together! She smiled sweetly after calming down because Brooke wasnt a threat. She jumped down from her rock, stretched and gave Brooke a little lick on her cheek. She walked over to the younger one, and smiled sweetly again. " Sorry if i sounded angry, what is your name youngen?[/b]" The rain had got more faster and colder. It started to pelt down. Kamu shook and licked her lips, from the dripping rain.

Xirin followed the Princess closley. He would not want an invading male to take advantage of her. He kept a good distance away but was close enough to follow her. He didn't want to make her feel as if he was 'obsesivly shadowing' her. A small smile fell from his lips. As he watched her he noted two strange females. He came up behind the Princess and sat down just incase she needed him.

Visionaries closed halfway at an attempt to keep the rain from washing into them. "Well, that was abrubt." Karasi thought as Brooke disguised a question as a statement. "Uh... is the Ari Pride also in the marshes?" Voice was slightly distracted as she watched Kamu jump down from her rock. She had to know. It wasn't like she could just say 'Well, sure, I'll go. After all, there were troubles with her asking. She could tell something was up, though she wasn't quite sure of what.Tension eased from the air as she saw the lioness act out of kindness. " Karasi... also a loner." She paused to glance at Brooke, as if she was totally surprised by this kind of behaviour. Gold orbs slid back over to Kamu.
"I've never heard of a pride that did, but I'm not saying that there isn't." Karasi added to the older femmora's question, and added in her head, "unless they were desperate." Tail flicked from behind her to her side as the rain deepened. She'd never liked the wet season, but they all needed it to survive. Ears swiveled to Brooke's direction as she heard something off in the distance. " Nothing there... Wait!" Karasi narrowed her eyes even more, to see better, and thought she saw a dark spot in the grasses. Before long she was sure there was another lion, and since she knew nothing about anyone here, except the two's names, she straightened up.

A low growl rumbled in Almira's throat as the sky burst into rain. Just. Wonderful. The falling drops would only make her task more difficult by washing the prints and scent away. But the young lioness was determined, and Kinamasi was her home. If anyone could find strangers in the marsh, it was the family of Lothril. On a weekly patrol around this corner of the marsh, Almira had come upon a strange lion's scent, and then another, and the another. A silent wish for Tari to come and back her up echoed in her mind, but such a thing would not happen--her sister was off in Beseni, along with their mother, and Almira needed to fend for herself. And let's just face it, the majority of the Akina pride resided in Kinamasi, and help would be around if it was needed.
She passed easily through the marsh, ignoring the mud and water that coated her sides as she had done all her life. One learned to forget such things when they were part of everyday life. Although the task was difficult, she managed to stay on the trail, but it was needed for long. Golden head made darker by the water snapped up at the sound of a roar. Carefully marking where it came from, Almira took off at a swift jog, body moving through the land with practiced ease. Before long, she caught sight of the three lionesses gathered together and without a thought, let a great roar from the depths of her chest rumble out. The noise was one of warning, for now entering was the Princess of the Akina pride, the first daughter of Lothril who would take up her lead when the Queen passed.
Rounded ears caught the other princess's name and offer, and Almira's eyes narrowed. Coming into another pride's lands to recruit members? Not only did it take some nerves, but it was rude as well. Halting near Brooke, the deep gold lioness spoke, agitation in her voice. I hope it was not on your parent's suggestion that you came into my mother's lands to find more members. Though her greeting would have normally been a lot more welcoming, the nerve of this princess coming to Kinamasi with such a request greatly annoyed Almira. She glanced toward the other two lionesses a much more pleasant smile on her face. I'm sorry--I am Almira, Princess of these lands. I hope you can forgive my anger at this situation. It is in no way directed at you two.

Kamu watched as more and more lionesses joined in the rut. She rolled her amber orbs and heard about another princess. " God how many princesses are on these lands?" She thought to herself. She watched the two princesses look to eachother, and the golden one of the two, looked to her and the younging. "pardon my anger, about the situration" She smiled sweetly to her and purred. " Thats ok[/b]" She turned around, her back was towards the group and she felt rude. She sighed and asked a very blunt question. " Who's pride needs more females... i mean you two princesses are very high up in the pride lands...[/b]" She had to be careful on what she was saying. Kamu and Karasi were lone females... would any of their new prides let them in for being loners? Kamu felt uneasy about going to new prides, but they would have to see who needs Kamu or Karasi the most.

Karasi stole a glance at Kamu as she watched with a bemused expression as another princess showed up. She twitched her nose to keep her somewhat frightened expression. " This is... interesting. I wouldn't want a fight, better to just be quiet... and agree with... someone?" The young lioness was almost bewildered, but wasn't going to admit it. She hadn't been aroudn so man lions for quite a while. In fact, she hadn't been aroudn any. That was one big leap. Seeing the rationality, in Kamu's question, Karasi nodded to show her agreement. Hopefully they wouldn't lie... After all, where she'd come from having less members to your pride made you weaker. "Yes, we should be fair here." She'd always been told off for speaking to much, so that was all Karasi said as she sat in the rain.
Average-sized paws were kneading the ground. Although Almira was not upset at the two loners, the anger hovered in the air, waiting to make this situation a bad one.
